What is babka?
Brioche, swirled with love
Babka is a traditional Eastern European sweet bread, a rich, buttery brioche dough rolled with sweet filling, twisted, and baked until every slice reveals the swirl. It traces back centuries across Jewish, Hungarian, and Polish kitchens.
Our babka follows Mama Rozi's Hungarian family recipe: never overly sweet, with a tender crumb, deep crust, and clean flavors. We bake in small batches at home, the way she taught us.
